Job summary

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Sydney is seeking a Prosecution Officer (Administrative) Level 4 to join the Information Management & Technology team. The role delivers reliable IT services, supports the SOE, Intune, AV equipment, remote access, and courtroom technology to ensure ODPP operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in computing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Intune.
• Experience administering AV systems and printers.
• Client-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, including endpoint SOE management; Windows app/patch management.
• Manage Audio-Visual technologies with focus on Cisco and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Oversee remote access and printing services; provide operational support for courtroom technology systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer room facilities.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, protocols and operational procedures.
• Deliver timely and effective resolution of problems in line with service standards.
• Participate in the evaluation and testing of IT equipment, software products and related services.
