HKA Global is seeking a dedicated Risk Manager to join our Advisory team in a flexible remote capacity. You will oversee risk frameworks, lead a project controls team and drive risk-based decision making across major infrastructure programmes.

You will apply quantitative risk analysis techniques, manage stakeholders, and use tools such as ARM, @Risk, PRA and Safran to inform contingency management and reporting. A strong financial and commercial awareness is essential.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing and motivating risk teams on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practice, and analysis in large infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to lead a risk management consultancy project with effective team leadership.
• Commercial and financial awareness related to infrastructure delivery.
• Experience in Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis techniques.

• Oversee day-to-day management, development and implementation of risk management frameworks for projects.
• Lead a team of project controls professionals to ensure risk governance.
• Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues.
• Support risk-based decision making and development of treatment strategies to minimise risk exposure.
