Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 10+ years in civil construction with 2+ years in project management.
- Experience in community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and road construction.
- Collaborative management style with strong commercial acumen and leadership.
- Stakeholder and client engagement experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver programming, staging and construction methodologies across projects.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and standards.
- Manage team outputs across profitability, efficiency and human relations.
- Lead monthly assessments and forecasts of project financial performance.
- Build effective relationships with repeat clients and consultants.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
