RSGx is seeking an experienced Project Director with a background in rail or infrastructure to lead strategic, commercial and operational delivery across multi-scope programs valued at hundreds of millions.

You will oversee delivery performance, governance, client relationships and workforce planning, ensuring QHSE alignment and profitable outcomes for major infrastructure projects in Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Experience managing portfolios around AUD 200M+ in value.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills at executive level.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership — provide executive oversight across rail, stations, M&E, and metro works.
• Financial & Commercial Management — own portfolio financials, P&L, forecasting, cost control.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement — build relationships, lead reviews and governance.
• Operational Excellence — ensure delivery, compliance and high performance across scopes.
• People Leadership — coach teams, drive safety culture, workforce planning.
• QHSE Commitment — champion health, safety and environment; lead audits and improvements.
