Job summary

RSGx is seeking an experienced Project Director with a background in rail or infrastructure to lead executive oversight across multiple scopes of work, including electrical delivery and complex infrastructure programs in Australia.

You will steer project delivery on major works, manage client engagement, governance, resourcing and QHSE alignment, and drive profitability and strategic growth across portfolios valued at $200M+.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Project or business management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across project scopes including rail, stations, M&E, and metro systems.
• Oversee delivery through PMs/CMs; ensure governance, compliance and high performance.
• Lead commercial management, client engagement, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop teams; drive safety and workforce planning; champion QHSE.
