RSGx is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for major rail and infrastructure projects in Australia. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple scopes, oversee delivery, and drive commercial performance while ensuring safety and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects ($50M+).
• Ability to influence at executive levels and manage complex contracts.
• Strong financial discipline with P&L leadership and governance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership across rail and infrastructure scopes with integrated planning.
• Own project financials, forecasting, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Build and maintain governance relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery through PMs/CMs, ensure compliance and consistency.
• Coach teams, drive safety culture, workforce planning and recruitment.
• Champion QHSE and lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement.
