Job summary

TasNetworks seeks a highly organised Project Construction Coordinator in Devonport, TAS. This permanent full-time role supports the NWTD program, coordinating governance, registers and communications across substations, transmission lines and commissioning workstreams.

You will work with the General Manager Construction and delivery teams to streamline processes, deliver meaningful insights, and enable informed decision-making for a major infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a project services, project coordination, PMO, project controls or analytical support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications, organise leadership meetings and workshops, and ensure actions are followed through.
• Maintain construction delivery registers and support governance and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Project Services and Project Controls to ensure data standards and quality information.
