Acting as a central connector across Substations, Transmission Lines and Commissioning workstreams, you will help coordinate communications, manage key project registers, facilitate meetings and transform project information into meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring strong governance, effective collaboration and successful construction delivery outcomes.

You will also play a key role in maintaining construction delivery registers, supporting reporting and governance processes, coordinating team logistics, and working closely with Project Services and Project Controls teams to ensure consistent data standards and quality information. Through strong organisation, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, you will help streamline team processes, improve reporting practices and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making across the NWTD construction program.

About You

You are a highly organised project professional who enjoys bringing structure, coordination and clarity to complex programs of work. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, have a keen eye for detail and are confident working with a diverse range of stakeholders. Whether coordinating meetings, managing project information or supporting governance activities, you take pride in making things run smoothly and enabling teams to perform at their best.

You Will Bring

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability and the ability to interpret project information and present meaningful insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI and project management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and governance standards.
  • Experience maintaining project registers, coordinating meetings and supporting governance activities.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
