NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) in Parramatta is seeking a Project Support Officer to help deliver infrastructure asset and workplace projects. You will provide coordination, administration and governance support across a diverse portfolio, working with project managers and stakeholders to enable effective delivery.

Formación

• Experience providing project and administrative support within a project, program or infrastructure and asset delivery environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting governance and reporting activities, including meeting coordination and document management.
• Understanding of delivery project controls, governance and assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to Project Managers and the Program Delivery team.
• Coordinate and maintain project records, filing systems and document controls to ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
• Draft reports, briefing notes, presentations and other project materials.
• Support project financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
• Coordinate governance activities, including meeting management, reporting schedules, governance forums, record minutes, action tracking and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and service providers to coordinate information and procurement activities.
• Administer and maintain project schedules, risk registers, issues logs and action trackers.
• Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, project controls and performance reporting activities.
• Coordinate procurement and contract administration activities in accordance with departmental requirements.
• Respond to project enquiries and coordinate requests for information.
• Contribute to project governance, reporting and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
