NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking an SDI Project Officer in Parramatta CBD with a hybrid work arrangement. This on-going full-time role supports strategic workforce initiatives across the SDI portfolio, including capability development and performance improvement.

You will contribute to capability programs, stakeholder engagement, evaluation and reporting, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset is valued.

Formación

• Experience supporting projects, programs or business improvement initiatives.
• Interest or experience in learning and development, capability building or organisational performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate information into insights.
• Experience with data, reporting, evaluation or business systems to inform decision‑making.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of strategic capability and workforce development initiatives.
• Collaborate with DCJ stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
• Support workshops, presentations and capability initiatives that aid learning and organisational improvement.
• Develop reporting, insights and evaluation activities to support decision‑making and improvement.
• Use data and feedback to shape recommendations and enhance program effectiveness.
• Assist in governance, business improvement and project coordination activities.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to support collaboration and outcomes.
