Job summary

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Project Support Officer to provide day-to-day support across major projects, coordinating administrative, financial, reporting and operational activities. The role sits within Infrastructure and Assets, Major Projects, delivering capital works with stakeholders across the department.

Applicants should have experience in operational justice environments, familiarity with security upgrades or compliance, and a NSW Driver Licence.

• Provide day-to-day support across project and program activities, including delivery tracking and governance.
• Maintain Smartsheet and other reporting tools to monitor progress and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Support governance, scheduling meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
