Job summary

IOR is seeking a Project Controls Officer to support the delivery of major infrastructure and network expansion projects across Australia. You’ll partner with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Construction and Property teams to provide planning, forecasting and reporting that keeps projects on track.

You’ll develop and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and prepare dashboards to provide clear visibility into portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, planning, scheduling or cost management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in PM, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, cashflows and forecasts.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports and portfolio performance reports.
• Support risk, change management and governance processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors and internal teams.
