Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a highly organised Project Controls Assistant Officer to provide project administration, reporting and governance support across a portfolio of major infrastructure, technology and transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone with project coordination or administration experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in project administration, project coordination or a project delivery environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience maintaining registers, tracking actions and supporting project reporting activities.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, templates and reporting packs.
Assist with project and program reporting by gathering, validating and organising information from multiple sources.
Maintain project tracking tools, registers and performance data to support effective monitoring and decision making.
Coordinate meetings, workshops and project events, including scheduling, documentation and attendance tracking.
Manage project records and document repositories to ensure information is accurate, accessible and audit-ready.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the consistent application of project controls practices.
