Job summary

A major infrastructure organization is seeking a Project Controls Officer based in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate will provide project controls leadership for a large-scale energy storage and data center project, ensuring governance and analytical support throughout the delivery phases. Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, monitoring expenditures, and preparing executive reports. Candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience and a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, or program analytics.
• Experience supporting construction‑phase reporting and governance is preferred.
• Experience coordinating project controls for multi‑stage or multi‑workstream programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
• Monitor expenditure, identify variances, and mitigate budget risks.
• Prepare executive‑level dashboards, reports, and analytics.
