Job summary

Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a seasoned Manager Infrastructure Operations to lead civil construction, maintenance and infrastructure operations for the Dubbo region in New South Wales. You will manage a diverse workforce, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and drive safe, efficient services across a large road network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior-management experience in civil infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams in civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure operations.
• Experience delivering operational programs and infrastructure projects with contractor, budget and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
• Proven ability to balance priorities and make sound operational decisions in a complex environment.

Responsibilities
