Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Building Projects and Maintenance Supervisor for our Tritton Operations in Nyngan, NSW. You will oversee mechanical and structural maintenance across site facilities, lead trades teams, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

You will manage housing and site services, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while promoting a collaborative and safe work culture among a diverse team. Residential or DIDO arrangements available.

Formación

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in building, facilities or maintenance supervision within mining/heavy industrial environments.
• Manual Drivers Licence is mandatory.
• Cert IV Frontline Supervision is well-regarded but not mandatory.
• Planning and scheduling experience required to manage maintenance activities.
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance systems and asset management.

The Nitty Gritty

As our Building Projects and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across the site, including mechanical and structural assets, buildings, and infrastructure.

The role requires leadership of trades teams, scheduling maintenance activities, managing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Maintenance of company housing stock and site services maintenance (i.e. air, water and sewer) are also part of the responsibilities of this role.

Your c ommitment to safety, with a track record of enforcing and promoting safe work practice, is one of your strengths and you have the ability and desire to motivate and guide our diverse team to deliver results.

What you Bring:

• Demonstrated supervisory experience with building, facilities, or maintenance supervision in a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Manual Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
• Cert IV Frontline Supervision (Well-regarded but not mandatory)
• Planning & Scheduling experience
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance systems and asset management.

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
