Apunipima Cape York Health Council, Cairns QLD, is seeking an Infrastructure & Maintenance Administrator to support the Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager and team. The role focuses on coordinating building, fleet maintenance and refurbishment projects within a healthcare setting.

Applicants should have Certificate III in Business Administration, plus experience in fleet/asset management and stakeholder engagement. A blue card, driver's license, and police check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet and/or asset management.
• Coordinating building, fleet maintenance and refurbishment projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Engaging with internal/external stakeholders, including community groups.
• Understanding of asset and equipment lifecycle management principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and timely task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager and team.
• Coordinate building, fleet maintenance and refurbishment projects.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups, to build relationships.
• Support lifecycle management of assets and equipment and related documentation.
