Job summary

Agrifutures seeks an experienced Team Manager Infrastructure, Security & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad technology environment in a large government-like setting.

Reporting to the CIO, you will steer infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and asset management while balancing strategic priorities with BAU operations in a hybrid cloud/on‑prem environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior IT leadership role within a large organisation.
• Broad experience across infrastructure, architecture, networking, server environments, service delivery and operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
• Solid ITIL, TOGAF and PRINCE2 understanding.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects with budgeting responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Technical Operations, Technical Delivery & Maintenance, Cyber Security, Service Desk and IT Asset Management.
• Provide strategic technology leadership across infrastructure, architecture and service operations.
• Drive ongoing improvement of technology infrastructure and operational practices.
• Oversee ITIL Service Design, Service Transition and components of Service Operations.
• Lead major technology projects from planning through to reporting.
