As a senior SME, you will lead improvement projects, develop frameworks, engage stakeholders, and deliver practical recommendations to enhance lifecycle outcomes in a complex asset environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure asset management within a complex asset‑intensive organisation.
• Experience developing asset management frameworks, governance models, data standards, or operating models.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from discovery through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical asset management expertise across the AMI Program.
• Lead scoping, planning, design, and delivery of key improvement projects.
• Develop asset management frameworks, governance models, data standards, and operating models.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across business groups.
• Analyze lifecycle challenges and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
