We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join a high-performing tech team in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be the go-to person for complex technical challenges, supporting both onsite and remote staff, and helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

This role is 100% onsite in Docklands, offering the chance to work closely with talented developers and technical specialists in a collaborative, innovative workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and user issues across Windows and MacOS
• Manage incident, request, and problem tickets through their full lifecycle
• Oversee workstation imaging, IT procurement, and vendor coordination
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding processes
• Collaborate with global IT teams and bridge communication across departments
• Assist with server/network upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in desktop support (ideally in software development or creative industries)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, MacOS, GSuite, Office 365, Zoom, Slack
• Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD
• Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently
• Bonus points for experience with VMware, Linux, Perforce, Visual Studio, Adobe Suite, or game development hardware/software
