Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking an Information Communication Technology Support Specialist to join the Digital Health and Innovation division. This role delivers frontline support for end-user devices, systems and collaboration technologies to ensure staff can work effectively and securely across the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region.

You will contribute to the deployment, configuration, maintenance, lifecycle management, and rollout of new technologies, plus hands-on AV and meeting

The Role

An opportunity has become available for an Information Communication Technology Support Specialist to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Deliver frontline support for end-user devices, systems, and services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Provide technical expertise in the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user devices
• Contribute to the planning, testing, and rollout of new technologies, upgrades, and patches
• Provide hands‑on support and proactive monitoring of Audio-Visual solutions, meeting room technology, and other user‑facing collaboration tools

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• While not mandatory, any relevant qualification would be well regarded
• Available to work extended hours beyond standard business hours at times or on call
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

• Base salary ranging from $111,993 - $121,853 per annum
