Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking an experienced Informatica DQ specialist to design and maintain ETL workflows, implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines, and manage batch jobs.

You'll work with SQL Server, Oracle and Azure Data Studio, collaborate with business and data analysts, and apply cloud data platform skills in Azure Synapse and ADF. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise to develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica DQ (Informatica Developer) tool.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines from diverse sources (databases, flat files).
• Manage and monitor Informatica services, batch jobs and scheduling using Informatica Admin Console.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, job failures.
• Proficiency inwriting, debugging, and optimizing SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Data Studio) to support data engineering tasks.
• Work closely with business analysts, data analysts, and other technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, ADF).
