Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data Engineering programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across Azure-based data platforms.

You will partner with business leaders, clients, architects, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Strong background in cloud data architectures, data warehousing, and DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years managing large Data Engineering or Analytics programs.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native platforms.
Experience managing geographically distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering programs and ensure alignment with objectives.
Establish governance, delivery frameworks, reporting cadence, and risk management.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources across concurrent initiatives.
Drive Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices across distributed teams.
Provide delivery oversight for Azure-based data platforms and ensure security and best practices.
