Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to design, build and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise systems. You will work with architects, engineers and analysts to ensure data is accessible, reliable and fit for decision making.

You will contribute to testing, automation, CI/CD practices and continuous improvement of the data platform, leveraging Azure/AWS/GCP services and modern data tools.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, data engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, data warehouses and/or data lake environments.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP and data integration tools.
• Ability to design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data quality processes.
• Understanding of data transformation, governance, lineage and metadata practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms and data warehouses.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and monitoring capabilities to improve data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
