Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in an industrial office setting dealing with customers and products.
• Sound knowledge of ERP & CRM software and confidence in Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Support customers and external sales colleagues to deliver customer care for the responsible region.
• Administer order handling and order management.
• Coordinate and support stock availability to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage customer complaints and customer returns.
• Support RFQs (requests for quotation).
