Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Executive to join the Melbourne-based team. You will support customers and sales colleagues, handle orders, monitor stock levels for on-time delivery, and manage complaints and returns while assisting RFQs.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial office setting and strong ERP/CRM software skills, along with confidence in Microsoft Office applications.

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an industrial office setting dealing with customers and products.
• Sound knowledge of ERP & CRM software; confident in using Microsoft Office tools.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and external sales colleagues to deliver customer care for your responsible region, administer order handling and order management, managing and supporting customers’ commercial needs, coordinate and support stock availability to ensure on-time delivery, manage customer complaints and customer returns, and support RFQ’s.You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, be able to represent the company professionally, and have confidence in your ability to develop long-term business relationships from your support role.Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience and/or in-service experience gained within an industrial office setting dealing with customers and products.
