Job summary

Bullivants Newcastle is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support direct customer sales and service, working onsite at Bullivants Newcastle. You will interact with internal and external sales teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth order processing.

Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer will support activities related to direct customer sales support and service. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.
