Job summary

Bullivants is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across Queensland from Brisbane Office. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients in construction, mining, and industrial sectors, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract handover.

The role requires travel across Queensland, a track record in business development or sales in related sectors, and the ability to operate autonomously

Qualifications

• Proven success in a Business Development or Sales role within construction, mining, industrial services, or a related sector.
• Exposure to rope access services, IRATA environments, or specialist access solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Methodical and organised approach to managing a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Queensland as required.

Are you a driven business development professional with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and opening new markets? We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across Queensland from our Brisbane Office.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked construction business development before (ideally in inspection services or installation), has a great attitude and is passionate about ensuring smooth delivery of service.

This is a full time permanent opportunity based in Brisbane or Mackay.

What You'll Be Doing
