Job summary

MJM Recruit is partnering with a private construction firm to recruit an experienced Project Manager for industrial construction projects across South East Queensland, including Brisbane. Based at Eight Mile Plains, the role mixes office and site visits a couple of days per week.

You will lead project delivery with focus on programme, cost control, quality and client outcomes, liaising with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering industrial construction projects, from pre-construction through handover.
• Strong leadership and client-relations capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial construction projects from start to handover.
• Oversee programming, budgeting, procurement, and delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultant teams.
