Job summary

Actemium Industrial Services Australia is seeking a motivated Project Manager Assistant to support the delivery of industrial electrical and infrastructure projects. The role offers remote/hybrid work and can be based in Toowoomba or Kingaroy, enabling closer-to-home arrangements while staying connected to the project team.

Working with Project Managers, site teams, clients and suppliers, you will coordinate project administration, ensure documentation is up to date, support reporting and keep

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration or coordination within construction, infrastructure or utilities.
• Strong organisation to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Construction White Card and a current Queensland C-class licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute project docs, reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor admin, keeping information up to date.
• Assist with project reporting, invoicing, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Maintain project records including permits, quality docs and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support delivery.
