Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a recognized trade certification (N3 or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and variable speed drives.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment including motors, generators, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Install new electrical systems, wiring, and components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and code books.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance and repair activities.
