Job summary

iWired Electrical is seeking skilled industrial electricians to support our growing team across Caboolture, Kilcoy, the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane. You will work on automation, control systems and industrial electrical maintenance for FMCG clients with 12-hour shifts and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Trade Licence (QLD) + CPR/LVR.
• Industrial experience in FMCG/food/beverage/manufacturing preferred.
• Solid understanding of PLC systems, automation, and instrumentation.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime or weekend work.
• Ability to work safely, independently, and efficiently on 12-hour shifts.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, installations, and commissioning on industrial and automated systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults on control wiring, PLCs, and VSDs.
• Assist with machine commissioning, safety systems, and process upgrades.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with electrical and WHS standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to minimise downtime.
• Support mechanical and fabrication tasks when required.
• Work across multiple industrial sites in food, beverage, and manufacturing sectors.

iWired Electrical is looking for talented industrial electricians to join our growing team, servicing a range of leading Food, Beverage, and Manufacturing clients across Caboolture, Kilcoy, the Sunshine Coast, and North Brisbane. We specialise in automation, control systems, and industrial electrical maintenance, supporting clients with installations, breakdowns, reactive maintenance, and shift cover across dynamic production environments.

Key responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance, installations, and commissioning on industrial and automated systems

Diagnose and repair faults on control wiring, PLCs, and VSDs

About you
