Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. is responsible for selling and servicing earthmoving machines, mining machines, mobile cranes, tower cranes, maritime cranes and deep foundation equipment across Australia and New Zealand.

The Facilities Manager will lead all facility-related activities at Erskine Park, ensuring safety, presentation, and continuous improvement of the site. The role includes managing maintenance programs, budgets, and supplier relationships, while hands‑on repairs where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, especially in industrial or workshop environments.
• Strong track record in preventative and reactive maintenance planning.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, quotations and scopes of work.
• Experience managing facilities expenditure and maintenance budgets.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, safety and presentation of the Erskine Park facility.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs and coordinate reactive repairs.
• Inspect workshops, warehouses, yards and surrounding areas for maintenance requirements.
• Manage annual facilities budget, expenditure, forecasting and future maintenance needs.
• Prepare business cases for capital works, asset replacement and improvements.
• Source and manage contractors and suppliers, including quotations, inductions, permits and QA.
