Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Fitter at Glencore’s Hail Creek Mine site. You will diagnose and repair equipment faults, inspect plant, and manage spare parts to keep operations running smoothly.

The role operates on a 7-on 7-off day/night roster, reporting to the Customer Support Manager, with a focus on delivering safe, timely support and building strong customer relationships at site level.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical.
• Liebherr R9600 experience is advantageous.
• Liebherr D98 engine experience is preferred.
• High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP & Working at Heights are preferred.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Site Fitter based at Glencore’s Hail Creek Mine site.

Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and timely product and technical support services and advice to the Division’s customers.

In addition, to supporting the embedded Product Support Advisor the Site Fitter is responsible for assisting with the effective management of customer relationships at site level. This will be a 7on 7 off, rotating day and night roster.
