Grill'D Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative in Australia. • Previous customer service / internal sales experience within the industrial products industry.
• An appreciation or basic understanding of Chain, Bearings, Power Transmission and/or Hydraulics products would be ideal.
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
• Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing.
• Providing quotes to customers via phone or email.
• Inputting sales orders.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
• Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
• Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system.
