Job summary

Amida Recruit AU is seeking a Contracts Administrator / Project Manager on the client side for major industrial projects in Sydney. You will manage procurement, contracts and stakeholder engagement on a multi-hundred million portfolio delivering on time and to budget.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years in construction, a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering, and experience in base build, design management and Excel-based cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 to 5 years+ experience within the construction industry
• Superintendent skills
• Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sound understanding of overall construction programmes and plans
• Able to identify key client and builder obligations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport at all levels
• Advanced computer literacy
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
