Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for a full-time, office-based role in South Windsor. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders and project pricing for industrial and commercial construction projects, reviewing drawings and tender docs to define scope and requirements.

You will identify risks, review subcontractor pricing, develop detailed cost breakdowns, and work with internal teams and suppliers throughout the tender

Qualificações

• Experience as Construction Estimator in building construction.
• Experience preparing tenders, analysing costs and obtaining subcontractor pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for industrial and commercial projects.
• Review drawings, specs and tender docs to establish scope.
• Identify risks, cost variations and opportunities to improve value.
• Request and compare subcontractor/supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers during tendering.
• Contribute to value engineering and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain organised estimating records and on-time tender submissions.
