Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a PACE Consultant based in Australia to work onsite with an industrial customer, optimizing maintenance, reliability and shutdown operations using AI-driven software. You will configure tools, analyze workflows, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.

In this hands-on role you will build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with product, engineering and services teams, and help identify opportunities for additional training and software adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or shutdown/turnaround operations in industrial settings.
• Basic programming concepts and ability to work with technical software.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at the customer facility as the primary contact.
• Understand customer maintenance/reliability/shutdown needs and identify improvements.
• Configure, optimize and troubleshoot AI-enabled tools in real time.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants to align activities with client objectives.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with clear updates and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for additional training, consulting, and software licensing.
