Job summary

Phaidra is seeking an AI Controls Solutions Engineer to operationalize and scale our AI-powered control systems for enterprise data center customers. You will lead complex, high-impact implementations across multiple environments, collaborating with TPMs and Data Scientists to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

In this remote role located in Australia or Singapore, you will engage with customers, shape product requirements, and help scale our automated tools.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of work experience as a controls engineer, programmer, or equivalent.
• Expertise in HVAC and Data Center cooling control methodologies and sequences of operations.
• Ability to operate independently as a senior team member managing complex projects across multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Create a model of the facility for ingestion by the product lineup and configure products accordingly; commission and tune products and support across multiple projects.
• Translate customer needs into documented requirements for the software development team and help scale across thousands of customers.
