Job summary

Cox Automotive Australia in Brisbane (Pinkenba) is seeking an organised Account Coordinator to support Business Development Managers and Sales Managers. You will coordinate contracts, onboarding and customer documentation, and help drive pipeline progression while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role involves coordinating information flow across Sales, Service Delivery, Valuations, Marketing and Finance, with emphasis on improving efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, tenders, presentations and customer documents.
• Coordinate contracts, signatures, onboarding and account setup.
• Follow up customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer information.
• Support progression of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate information flow between Sales and Service Delivery teams.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure timely follow-up.
• Produce sales reports and support pipeline reviews.
• Organise meetings, client visits and industry events.
• Identify smarter ways of working and improve processes.
