Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, tenders, presentations and customer documentation.
• Coordinate contracts, signatures, onboarding and account setup.
• Follow up customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and support pipeline progression.
