Job summary

Shoalhaven City Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high quality, commercially focused programs at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. You will manage staff, budgets, assets and risk, driving continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer service to the community.

The role reports to the Northern Recreation Manager and requires leadership, policy development, and strong financial oversight to align with the Council's Long Term Financial Plan.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated leadership and program delivery experience.
• Experience developing and implementing policies for leisure facilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre.
• Manage staff, budgets, assets and programs.
• Provide reports on expenditure and income and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate a team to support Council operations and strategic plans.
