Job summary

Indigenous Wealth is seeking a creative Digital & Social Media Coordinator to lead our social channels across Australia. You will plan, create and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and work with our Paid Ads Specialist on ads, emails and web copy.

You’ll film and edit short-form video, design graphics with Canva or CapCut, shape our voice, and grow a culturally safe community by managing comments.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Portfolio of content and channels grown.
• Experience with short-form video and social platforms (Meta and LinkedIn).
• Experience creating content for Aboriginal audiences and understanding cultural protocols.
• Degree in marketing, communications or media or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Film and edit short-form video, write captions and create graphics.
• Shape and protect our tone of voice online.
• Build an engaged, culturally safe community by managing comments and messages.
• Capture real client and community stories with consent.
• Write ad, email and web copy with our Paid Ads Specialist.
• Work with brand ambassadors as the program grows.
• Track what's working and report on social performance each month.
