Job summary

Superior Pet Goods in Melbourne is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will plan, shoot and publish content that feels native to each platform and resonates with our audiences.

You will manage a content calendar, create engaging video and graphic content, edit using Canva and native tools, and help establish a consistent voice and visual identity across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for multiple social platforms.
• A professional portfolio.
• Understanding platform differences between LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong eye for visual content, pacing and storytelling.
• Able to shoot and edit content independently.
• Solid Canva experience.
• Comfort with Instagram and TikTok's native editing tools.
• Comfortable getting in front of the camera when needed.
• Good instinct for trends without jumping on every trend.
• Strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
• Organised and capable of planning content ahead.

Responsibilities

• Shoot engaging content on an iPhone, including products, processes and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Create Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories and other social‑first content.
• Appear on camera to demonstrate products and bring content to life.
• Edit content natively within Instagram and TikTok, using tools such as Instagram Edits where appropriate.
• Use Canva to create polished graphics and carousels.
• Use Premiere Pro for larger or more involved edits.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn across formats and voices.
• Help establish and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across social channels.
• Develop recurring content pillars and series audiences recognise.
• Plan and schedule content at least a week in advance and maintain an organised content calendar.
