Rumbalara Aboriginal Co‑operative – Family, Care and Early Years is seeking a part-time HIPPY Coordinator to lead the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters in Mooroopna. You will drive program delivery and day-to-day operations, while training Home Tutors.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or a related field, have experience with Aboriginal communities, and be prepared to complete HIPPY training. The role supports budget work with the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood, Community Services or similar field.
• Experience working with children and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families.
• Ability to train and supervise a small team and build local relationships.
• Willingness to complete essential HIPPY training and follow program guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and day-to-day operations.
• Train Home Tutors after completing Pre-service Training.
• Prepare budget, monitor expenditure, and report to Program Manager.
