Job summary

Moreton ATSICHS is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide a high standard of customer service and administer client appointments, data, and claims, supporting the Clinic Team across our network.

You will manage patient flow, prepare files for health professionals, and support allied health and specialist services; ensure timely processing of PIP, Medicare, and WorkCover claims to help achieve clinic objectives.

Qualifications

• Essential Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Working with Children\'s Check (Qld Blue Card).
• Current CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to practices to achieve high booking and attendance rates, including checking time requirements for each appointment, coordinating daily lists, ringing patients to confirm attendance, managing changes and follow up appointments, monitoring and managing patient flow/wait times within the day.
