UTS is seeking an Indigenous Marketing and Communication Manager to lead strategic, data-informed marketing and communication initiatives. You will raise UTS’s profile in Indigenous education, research and employment, working with the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Leadership and Engagement), Jumbunna and cross-campus teams to deliver culturally appropriate campaigns and storytelling.

We are seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional to join UTS as Indigenous Marketing and Communication Manager.
You will lead the development and delivery of strategic, data-informed marketing and communication initiatives that raise UTS’s profile as a sector leader in Indigenous education, research and employment.
Working closely with the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Leadership and Engagement), Jumbunna and teams across UTS, you will provide strategic advice and deliver culturally appropriate campaigns, content and engagement activities that strengthen institutional visibility, champion best-practice Indigenous representation and support Indigenous-led storytelling.
You are an experienced marketing and communication professional with the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, build strong partnerships and deliver culturally appropriate outcomes within a complex organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Base Salary Range: $146,657 to $153,642 pa (HEW 9)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
The position is full-time and will be made on a continuing basis.
