Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Worker in Caboolture to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities with holistic primary health care. You will welcome and connect clients to services, provide health information, and support autonomy through informed choices.

Qualifications

• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Working with Children\'s Check (QLD Blue Card).
• Current CPR Certificate.
