Job summary
The University of Sydney invites applications for Lead, Library Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement (Identified) at Fisher Library, Camperdown. This role provides strategic leadership across Library divisions to implement the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Roadmap and Workforce Plan, ensuring culturally safe practices and strong community connections.

Qualifications
- Experience leading culturally safe initiatives and improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
- Ability to influence strategic priorities across complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience developing and supporting teams, including coaching and performance development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategic Roadmap and Workforce Plan across Library divisions.
- Coordinate implementation of strategies, plans and priorities with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice to strengthen cultural capability and culturally safe workplaces across the Library.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous staff, students and communities.
- Lead reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement to support strategic outcomes.
