Job summary

Help In Support Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join as a subcontractor. You will manage your own caseload, focusing on participant outcomes, safeguarding, and effective management of NDIS funding.

Your role involves supporting participants to understand plans, funding, and connecting with services to meet goals, while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of NDIS plans, funding structures and support categories.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered Support Coordination.
• Monitor participant budgets across Core, Capacity Building, Capital and other categories.
• Coordinate services across complex support networks and liaise with plan managers.
